Return & Refund Policy
Medicines are sensitive goods, so returns follow strict but fair rules.
Eligible returns
Sealed, unopened packs in original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please tell us before sending anything back.
Damaged or incorrect items
If a bottle arrives broken, expired or is not what you ordered, send us a photo within 48 hours on WhatsApp. We replace the item or refund it in full, including delivery, at our cost.
Non-returnable items
For safety we cannot accept opened bottles, used personal-care products, or any item where the manufacturer's seal is broken.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued by bank transfer or EasyPaisa within 5 working days of the returned parcel reaching us.
