How and when your medicines reach you.
Dispatch times
Orders confirmed before 5:00 PM are packed and handed to the courier the next working day. We are open 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, seven days a week.
Delivery times and charges
Most cities in Pakistan receive parcels within 2–4 working days; remote areas may take up to 6. Delivery costs Rs 250 and is free on orders over Rs 3,000.
Packing
Glass bottles are wrapped individually and boxed with cushioning. Potencies are kept away from strong-smelling products in transit.
Failed deliveries
If the courier cannot reach you after two attempts, the parcel returns to us. We will contact you to arrange a re-send; a second delivery charge applies.
